Shipping Information

For standard shipments within Germany, we ship with Deutsche Post and DHL. All shipments with a delivery address outside of Germany are shipped with Deutsche Post. Upon handing over your order to the shipper, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation.

Information on the flat shipping rate: Please note that the flat shipping rate is composed of different factors. Our flat shipping rate includes the following:

1. Postage fees
2. Packaging materials
3. Shipping labels, etc.
4. Logistical and packaging efforts All these factors must be considered in order to calculate the corresponding shipping costs for each item. Prior to purchase, the customer is informed of the shipping costs they will incur.

Tax-Free - Information on value-added tax for deliveries to countries outside the EU For deliveries to countries outside the EU, we only charge the net price, i.e. without German value-added tax. Please note that various taxes and duties may be incurred upon import into countries outside the EU. You as the buyer are responsible for these costs. Deliveries outside the EU are tax-free. Please inform yourself about the standards and statutory regulations, customs duties, taxes, and other charges on imports in your country. Please note potential extra time at customs. Note: If you do not pick up the shipment, we will charge you for the return!
